Cancellation Policy

Payment & Session Start Payment is required to reserve your appointment time. Sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of the appointment (unless otherwise arranged in writing). If a payment fails or a card is declined, the session cannot proceed until payment is successfully completed. No Refunds Once Session Begins Once your session has begun, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for early termination, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full and are not eligible for a reschedule or credit. No-Shows No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a reschedule or credit. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and charged in full. Results & Responsibility Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and results vary. While many people experience meaningful benefits, outcomes are not guaranteed, and your results depend on participation, readiness, and follow-through. Practitioner Cancellations If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the choice of a reschedule or a full credit/refund - your preference.
