Cancellation Policy

SOUND and COLOR Policies Scheduling & Cancellations Lessons are reserved specifically for you. To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice (email/text is fine). Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are charged in full and are not eligible for a makeup lesson. Makeup Lessons If you cancel with 48+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule as a makeup lesson, based on availability. Makeup lessons must be used by the end of the month and cannot be carried over indefinitely. Instructor Cancellations If we need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive the choice of a reschedule or a credit - your preference. Emergencies We understand true emergencies happen. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. ---------------- Payment Policy for Pricing Plans (Declined Cards + Grace Period) Payment Schedule Payments are processed automatically using the card on file. It is the client’s responsibility to keep billing information current. Declined Payments If a payment is declined, we will notify you and you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and submit the outstanding balance. No Sessions Until Paid Lessons cannot continue while an account is past due. If a payment is declined, any upcoming sessions may be paused until payment is successfully processed. Relinquished Lesson Time After 7 Days If payment is not received within 7 days of the failed charge, your reserved lesson time/spot may be relinquished and made available to other students. Reinstatement is based on availability. À La Carte Payment Policy Payment is required to confirm and hold your lesson time. If payment is not received (or a card is declined), the lesson will not take place and the time may be released to other students.
