Service Description

In these lessons, students explore the essential elements of 2D art -- line, shape, contrast, balance, and rhythm -- while learning how our minds naturally organize visual information. Through drawing, collage, and mixed-media projects, we apply Gestalt principles like proximity, similarity, closure, and figure-ground to create artwork that feels cohesive, expressive, and thoughtfully composed. Instruction style and pace is based on each student's specific learning patterns and neurotype -- creating an accessible, low-pressure, and fun environment.
