Cancellation Policy

Payment & Scheduling Payment is required to reserve your session time. Sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment (unless otherwise arranged in writing). If a payment fails or a card is declined, the session cannot proceed until payment is successfully completed. No Refunds Once Session Begins Once your session has begun, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for early termination, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and are not eligible for a reschedule or credit. No-Shows No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a reschedule or credit. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and charged in full. Coaching Scope & Results Coaching is collaborative, future-focused support designed to help you build insight, habits, and aligned action. Coaching is not medical care or psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Practitioner Cancellations If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the choice of a reschedule or a full credit/refund - your preference.
